The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent accounting and technical skills. The primary responsibilities of the position include financial reporting, budget preparation assistance, general ledger, fixed assets, and trust accounting, as well as oversight and back-up responsibilities for payroll, cash receipts, accounts payable, and billing. The successful candidate will have a four-year Accounting degree and at least five years of accounting experience. Experience in a law office or similar setting preferred. Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table experience required. Familiarity with SQL, database design, and law office time and billing systems preferred.
