Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC, in Nashville, Tennessee, is looking to add an attorney. The firm emphasizes business immigration in the music and entertainment industries, university teaching and research, and international transfers. In addition, we have a robust family and humanitarian practice, focusing on I-130/485 marriage cases, IV processing with provisional waivers, U visas, VAWA, and naturalization. We are looking for a Spanish-speaking attorney to focus on the family and humanitarian side of the practice, and to work on selected business cases. Prefer a candidate with experience in both areas of immigration, but would hire someone with a strong background in family/humanitarian and a desire to learn business. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in family and humanitarian immigration law and professional-level Spanish language ability.
We are four attorneys, four full-time paralegals, and several administrative staff. Our offices are located in a class A building on West End Ave. in Nashville (near, but not in the heart of downtown). Nashville is among the top 25 best places in which to live in the U.S. (We are an “it city.”) When not practicing law, our attorneys, as well as the staff, pursue a variety diverse interests including music, foreign travel, dogs, and parenting tweens and teenagers.
