Research & Support Associate – Essential Skills & Responsibilities
Monitor local legal market news
Perform directed research from MLegal’s database and other internet based sources about candidates and law firms
Prepare background materials for candidate and client meetings
Ensure all components of database research information, including market intelligence, target lists, meeting notes, and other essential information, stay current for purposes of conducting search activity
Provide administrative practice support to 2-4 Recruiters
High level proficiency in written and oral communications
Schedule client, recruiter and candidate meetings, interviews, video conferences
Social media saavy
Other duties as assigned
