The Document Automation Specialist is an expert in the automation of practice-related and other documents. The successful candidate will possess a mastery of technical and administrative skills, assume responsibility with minimal supervision, exercise initiative and judgment to make decisions within the scope of their assigned authority, and work cooperatively with internal clients to ensure the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency of work production.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, be a team player who prefers to work in a collaborative environment and must also be able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal environment with a background in secretarial or paralegal work and an advanced degree of proficiency in the firm’s computer applications, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF and other practice related technologies. Experience with document automation technology such as HotDocs or Doxera is required.
