The Marketing and Business Development Senior Specialist – Latin America is responsible for supporting the overall marketing and business development efforts of the firm by serving as the main point of contact for all Latin American related marketing and business development initiatives, as well as drafting Request for Proposals (RFP) responses, pitches, biographies, presentations, and other Latin American related collateral. The role will also support and provide coordination for events and sponsorships, and support marketing communications efforts as requested by the firm’s Marketing team.
Experience with the Latin American market preferred. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese a plus. Experience in a law firm environment, or experience as a practicing attorney or in another similar industry role preferred. Proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Ability to support multiple projects with competing deadlines. CRM, information systems, database functionality/concepts experience a plus. Experience with legal award competitions, surveys, and directory submissions a plus. Event management experience preferred. Resourcefulness and ability to work under direction as part of a team. Ability to build credibility and develop internal and external relationships by demonstrating:
Strong oral and written communication skills (email, telephone, and in-person) as well as editing skills
Proactive, confident attitude and approach
The ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm
The ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
The ability to provide consistently superior level of service to internal and external clients

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Fluent (verbal, writing, and reading) in English and Spanish required.
Four plus years of business development, sales and /or marketing experience required.
Business writing and/or proposal writing required.
Clearance of firm conflicts check. Background check conducted after conditional offer of employment.
