Florida State University College of Law - Career Services Office
Assists the Dean of Career Services by managing data as well as internal and external programs. Manages student employer database and directs On-Campus Interview and Resume Collect and Job Post programs. Oversees required data collection and reporting, and develops and administers surveys of students, employers and alumni. Assists with admitted student meetings, student advising, resource identification and development, and employer recruitment and outreach efforts.
Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in a legal, career services, academic advising and/or data management field are required.
Applicants must be familiar with best practices for data management and experienced with analyzing and manipulating data in multiple formats for reporting purposes. Attention to detail is essential. Applicants must also be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software, Adobe Acrobat or similar software, use of social media applications and standard office procedures and equipment.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines; and to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, interdepartmental personnel and external constituents.
Flexibility to travel and/or attend events outside regular working hours is also required.
Criminal Background Check:
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.

Additional Salary Information: Anticipated salary range is $47,000-$62,000, depending upon education and experience.
