The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process in support of the Firm’s talent needs. This employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.
Essential Job Duties: •Drive the performance of the recruiting team and manage the Firm’s ability to attract top talent •Build strong relationships with attorneys across the Firm to understand current and future workforce needs •Explore best practices that allow the Firm to attract top talent and make suggestions for process improvement •Manage direct reports and the day-to-day functions of the recruiting process •Foster an environment of ongoing improvement and drive recruiting effectiveness and efficiency •Liaise with potential candidates regarding the Firm and the recruiting process •Track metrics and recruiting analytics to ensure productivity across the team •Ensure recruiting activities are consistent with the Firm’s policies and standards •Create a diverse and inclusive recruiting program
Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree required •10 years of experience in recruiting; 5 years managing a recruiting team •Experience with attorney recruiting preferred •Attorney market knowledge a plus •Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong work ethic •Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines •Demonstrated team player and ability to multi-task •Maintain high initiative and be a self-starter
