Attorney Recruitment, Professional Legal Management
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly-motivated Legal Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to the firmwide legal recruiting team. Specifically, the Coordinator will play an integral role in the summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs, including but not limited to: registering for OCI and maintaining files and candidate correspondence, scheduling candidate interviews and follow up, assist with the coordination of the summer associate program. In addition, this individual will be highly involved in entry-level and non-partner experienced lawyer hiring.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Legal Recruiting Managers to support the planning and execution of firm-wide recruiting events including summer associate events, law school relations events at Enterprise Law Schools, swearing in ceremonies, etc.
Develop consistent marketing collateral, manage firmwide law school marketing efforts, and manage the content of the Legal Recruiting Intranet and external careers website
Create job requisitions and post positions to careers website, State Bar Association job boards, law schools, and other professional association websites
Audit statuses of candidates in online applicant tracking system, assist with candidate correspondence, scheduling candidate interviews, and follow up
Track department budget
Collect and analyze data and statistics for participation in surveys, including the firmwide NALP survey and other management report requests
Process new hire paperwork and support the onboarding process of new non-partner lawyers in conjunction with the Legal Recruiting Managers and Human Resources
Support experienced hire recruitment efforts and initiatives in Denver, Minneapolis, and St. Louis
Other administrative duties and special projects, as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of two years of experience in a professional services office environment and previous legal recruitment experience is preferred
Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential
Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality
Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment, including the ability to prioritize
Advanced user in Microsoft Office
Strong computer and technical skills
Flexibility for overtime is necessary as evening and weekend work will be required during peak recruiting seasons
This position reports to the National Director of Legal Recruiting and is located in Dallas, Texas.
