The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative support to the Partner Recruitment & Integration, Americas team. This role will assist with all functions associated with the partner recruitment and integration processes such as scheduling interviews, preparing orientation and integration schedules, and maintaining candidate files. This position will be located in New York.
Provide general administrative support to Partner Recruitment & Integration, Americas team.
Input and update candidate information in viRecruit and other applications as needed.
Schedule partner candidate interviews for New York and other offices as required.
Communicate with search firms regarding candidate status and scheduling.
Prepare orientation schedules for New York office partners/counsel and other offices as needed.
Prepare meeting schedules for new partners/counsel during integration.
Prepare candidate correspondence as needed.
Prepare annual EEO report.
Maintain candidate files.
Process check requests, reimbursements and other expenses.

Greet partner candidates in New York office.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. Must be flexible for overtime and work outside of normal business hours, as needed.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Two (2)+ years of administrative experience preferred; and
Bachelor’s degree required. Law firm experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
