The Practice Group Director works with the Practice Group Leaders to manage the business operations of the Practice Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Practice Group administration to allow Practice Group Leader to focus on leading the Practice Group and practicing law. Develop relationships with Practice Group members and communicate regularly to understand their needs. Collaborate with office managers and heads of staff departments to meet the needs of the Practice Group. Identify frictions in the administration of the delivery of services and advocate best practices. Support the Practice Group Leaders in developing and implementing business strategy. Foster teamwork and a positive working and service environment for all.
Related Training and Education Required: 5 – 7 years of law firm or professional services practice management experience required. Bachelor’s degree and J.D. preferred. Proficiency working with MS Office Suite required.
