A large Indianapolis law firm is seeking an Employee Relations Manager. The Employee Relations Manager provides creative, timely, and practical support in the recruitment and management of staff. This includes hiring, on-boarding, integrating, training, and managing workflow. In addition, the Employee Relations Manager will assist in the recruitment of summer interns and lawyers.
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with director in planning and managing the recruitment, on-boarding, and daily workflow of staff personnel.
Identify areas for improvement opportunities and address staff concerns.
Supervise and monitor workflow of staff.
Coordinate and execute staff evaluation process.
Assist director in the recruitment and on-boarding of summer interns and lawyers.
Qualifications and Experience
Three-to-five years supervisory experience.
One-to-three years recruiting experience.
Law firm experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
