Terrific opportunity at a Global 100 law firm for a seasoned HR/Talent professional to join the US HR team. In this #2 seat, the SR HR Generalist will work closely with the US Head of HR and be responsible for the effective people management and development of lawyers and professional staff across the US. The US HR team is part of a larger, sophisticated global HR team with responsibilities for developing and executing an integrated people strategy across the globe.
We are seeking an experienced talent professional with demonstrated success in HR Operations including talent management, employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, compensation and performance management. Professionals with experience in working with both attorneys and professional staff is ideal, although candidates with experience with lawyers or staff are also encouraged to apply. Exceptional leaders and role models who demonstrate strength in building collaborative relationships with attorneys and professional staff will help unify and grow the eight US offices with a strong culture of mutual respect and a commitment to learning and development.
