The CLE Support Coordinator helps coordinate all aspects connected with fulfilling continuing legal education requirements for the firm’s legal training programs.
Supports the CLE Manager with administering Continuing Legal Education (CLE) tracking, including entry of third party certificates, client support, determination and entry of teaching credits, maintaining online video library and monitoring attorney fulfillment of CLE requirements.
Handles individual program applications in Virginia and Texas.
Handles CLE for programs in non-U.S. offices and liaisons with staff supporting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Hong Kong.
Coordinates accreditation filings with California, Illinois (daily) and New York.
Communicates with attorneys who have not yet, by our records, fulfilled their CLE compliance and were recently due to report.
With the CLE Manager, supports all attorney and client inquiries about CLE for training programs or individually.
Assists in new LMS testing and conversion process.
Assists in redesigning Professional Development and Training infoNet homepage.
Assists with development and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases (Excel/CE Manager/PLI/VinciWorks, Other).
Understands and applies required firm applications (Word, FileSite and Outlook).
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; at least two years experience in law firm environment a plus. Experience with CLE and CE Manager/viLMS is preferred. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and consistently meet project deadlines.
Normal office environment. Incumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
