Director of Career Advising & Professional Development

Reporting to the Dean of Career Services and Professional Development, the Director of Career Advising and Professional Development assists with the overall administration of the Office and is responsible for duties and specific projects unique to this position. The Director will create, plan and implement the J.D. professional development curriculum, including panels, workshops, symposia and other large-scale events, to respond to market trends, changing demographics and evolving student and employer needs.
The incumbent will also oversee the planning and execution of all recruitment programs (Early Interview Program, Fall OCI and Spring OCI) and the production of annual reports thereon.
