We have an opening for a Temporary Professional Development Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for the Firm's fall associate review cycle and related career development programs.
Provide administrative support for all aspects of the fall associate review cycle.
Assist with viDesktop processes related to associate reviews, associate development plans, and surveys.
Prepare standard monthly reports for partners and practice group leaders.
Provide administrative support for associate coaching programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in viDesktop and MS Office applications (particularly Excel). He or she will demonstrate strong initiative, poise, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence and professional demeanor necessary to interact with senior lawyers, a strong client service orientation, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This position requires at least 2-3 years of related work experience. This is a temporary full-time position (about 6 months) that can be based out of our San Francisco or Mountain View office.
