Come grow with us! We are seeking a Director of Attorney Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion to join our Raleigh office.
This individual will help drive our attorney lateral recruitment efforts in support of the Firm's strategic initiatives. In addition, this position will oversee our diversity and inclusion efforts; expand professional development offerings for our attorneys; initiate great relationships with law schools; and direct our annual summer associate program.
Our next Director will find we have already adopted several specific goals relating to diversity and inclusion as part of our strategic planning process, and will pick up that ball.
This position reports to members of the Executive Management Team and works closely with the Co-Managing Directors, Practice Section Leaders, Director of Marketing and Business Development, and the Geographic Teams to recruit, develop, and retain legal talent.
Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in recruitment and development in a law firm, legal search organization, or professional services environment. Candidates with experience recruiting attorneys in a law firm setting are preferred. Must be a pragmatic, high-energy self-starter who has the experience and confidence to successfully interact with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
