Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP seeks a Legal Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant will support the initiatives of the Recruiting Department, including, but not limited to: summer associate and new attorney recruiting, the implementation of the summer associate program, campus outreach and Firm programs as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation of interview materials; scheduling of interviews; correspondence with candidates; entry, maintenance, and auditing of candidate and departmental data; administration of candidate correspondence; attending and supporting Firm-wide events; keeping the Director informed of the status of all activities.
Qualifications Include: •Bachelor’s Degree •Self-starter eager for responsibility •Strong Administrative Skills •Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work as part of a team •Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks •Focused attention to detail •A nimble approach to a fast-paced work environment • Professional demeanor and the ability to act with discretion and composure •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Working knowledge of/ability to easily learn data management systems •Strong knowledge of Excel and Word •Available for OT when needed, especially during peak season (May through September).
