Legal Recruitment / Talent Operations Manager - Atlanta
Our client is a successful global law firm. We are searching for the right person to manage legal recruitment and HR issues at their thriving Atlanta office. This position will manage the full cycle recruitment process for lateral associates and summer associates, and manage HR operational issues. The Manager will work with firm leadership to review the strategic hiring goals of the office. The Manager will coordinate the entire recruitment process for lateral associate candidates, from initial inquiries to facilitating transition issues for new hires. The Manager is also responsible for on-campus legal recruitment; planning and managing all aspects of the office's summer associate program. Working with national Talent Directors, the Manager will help increase the firm's visibility at targeted law schools and help drive the firm’s professional development programs.
The Manager will also help support talent operations and will manage the annual evaluation process for staff and associates. Working with the HR team, the Manager will handle employee relations issues and offer guidance to employees on firm policies. When appropriate, the Manager will make policy suggestions and recommendations to help keep the firm up to date on best practices in the industry. As a trusted resource, the Manager will help assist and coach other departmental managers on performance issues and help with issues related to benefits, short-term disability, and family medical leave.

Qualifications and Prior Experience
A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience is required. Preferred candidates will have large law firm experience and a working knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems. Prior experience with summer associate / clerkship programs is a must.
