What Will You Do?
You will maintain the calendar including scheduling meetings and conference calls; reminding participants prior to meetings; printing out related materials.
You will process check requests and expense reimbursements.
You will make travel arrangements.
You will coordinate partner candidate interviews including but not limited to scheduling partner candidates; securing conference room reservations; ordering refreshments; sending reminders to interviewers in advance of their meeting; creating and printing agendas; printing bios; greeting candidates in NY; troubleshoot/problem solve unexpected issues (i.e. cancellations, partners running late, IT issues).
You will draft fee agreements for external recruiters.
You will prepare offer letters for signature.
You will prepare PowerPoint decks and other material for Management Committee, Leadership Team, and Board meetings.
You will organize, submit and manage expense reimbursements for candidates and agency fees.
You will maintain partner data in LawCruit.
You will support On Campus Recruiting (OCI) as needed.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in a professional services environment, legal recruitment experience preferred.
Excellent word-processing computer and internet skills necessary; high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with all levels of management.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with ease while prioritizing work assignments Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
Must have a strong commitment to teamwork
