Work with Professional Development Director to implement attorney training initiatives.
Assist Professional Development Director with administrative details of major programs (Junior Associate Program, Mid-Level Associate Program, and First-Year Orientation).
Update Attorney Professional Development Portal site.
Assist with growth of eLearning program library and explore ways to use technology to enhance overall learning.
Assist with scheduling of meetings/training programs, tracking attendance/RSVPs for programs, and managing logistical details (video conferences, material distribution, etc.).
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required and a minimum of 2 years professional related training and development experience.
Ability to handle confidential matters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable with public speaking.
