The Legal Recruiting Coordinator supports law student and entry-level recruiting as well as the summer associate programs for the firm’s Texas and Denver offices. This position will coordinate efforts to increase the firm’s pipeline of diverse candidates. The Legal Recruiting Coordinator interfaces regularly with partners, associates, law school representatives and candidates and must be a proactive representative of the firm. This position will travel to assigned offices and law schools as necessary. Specific responsibilities include managing all aspects of the identification, recruitment and hiring of law students primarily for the firm’s Dallas and Houston offices; directing all aspects of the summer associate program for Dallas and Houston and ensuring consistency with the firm’s national recruitment processes and strategies; and facilitate the recruitment of diverse associate candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of one year of legal, recruiting, event planning or human resources experience
