Calibrate Legal has been exclusively retained by Foley Hoag to recruit a Legal Training Manager to augment the firm’s professional development team located in its Boston, MA office. This individual will be a key member of the PD team and will work closely with department and practice group leaders, partner mentors and administrative directors and staff to develop and manage attorney training and mentoring programs to support the professional development and career success of Foley Hoag attorneys across the firm.
Reporting to the Director of Professional Development, the Legal Training Manager will be a results-oriented, collaborative communicator and project manager who helps design and develop next-level programming to enrich the attorney development experience at Foley Hoag. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, strong client service orientation and the ability to effectively leverage digital technologies and adult learning theories to enhance the development programming for the firm’s attorneys. The successful candidate will be a relational and proactive thought leader with strong organizational and time management skills who consistently delivers exceptional results.
