Bliss Lawyers is seeking an attorney to serve as the Director of Professional Development in the office of a Chicago-based boutique litigation firm. Qualified candidates will have at least ten years of experience with practicing in a law firm setting or in-house in an industry like healthcare or manufacturing. The attorney in this role will be responsible for the day to day management of associate work load and business development activities and other duties as needed. This is a full time (40 hours per week), direct hire role with the firm. Interviews will start immediately and the position will begin as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
