The Senior Talent Operations Coordinator will provide advanced day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Talent Officer and the Talent Services Team. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and maintain a multitude of assignments with minimal supervision at a high level of professionalism. The accomplished Senior Talent Operations Coordinator will have a solid foundation in executive support. Candidates should also be flexible to work occasional overtime as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides a full range of administrative support to the team by managing and organizing a busy calendar. This includes using judgment in identifying priorities, anticipating changes and rescheduling as required.
Prepares and organizes complex travel arrangements.
Monitors, screens, coordinates and distributes incoming communication.
Processes reimbursement expenses, heavy expenditure reporting and credit card reconciliation.
Plans, implements and executes all aspects of internal events, collaborates with teams from other departments including Marketing, and conference services.
Coordinates event logistics as appropriate with other local and shared services groups to ensure a smooth event (Conference Services/Technology/Office Services).
Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Creates and edits PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
Prepares, compiles and monitors correspondence, memos and prioritize critical information.
Works on various special projects as needed.

Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
The ability to respond outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications & Prior Experience:
3-5 years' experience as an administrative or executive assistant, in a professional administrative position in large or medium size organization.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior work experience in or with a professional services firm preferred.
Advance proficiency with complete Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is required.
