The Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator will work with the Global Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) on the implementation of strategic growth initiatives related to lateral partner recruitment and integration.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the Global Director and CSO with all aspects of the firm-wide lateral partner recruiting and integration functions.
Compile and analyze data, conduct basic research, and perform administrative tasks.
Administer recruitment database and other systems related to lateral partner recruiting, including systems related to candidate identification and tracking and communications with search firms.
Prepare and disseminate data.
Draft letters, memos, and e-mails.
Assist with lateral partner recruiting activities, including scheduling and other duties as assigned.
Interact and coordinate with search firms as directed.
Assist with activities for the efficient onboarding and integration of new lateral partners.
Answer and filter calls and dispatch requests to the appropriate people, and schedule and coordinate meetings as requested by the Global Director and CSO.
Perform any and all other administrative duties, as needed, and/or projects as directed by Global Director and CSO.
QUALIFICATIONS / KSAs
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate own work.
Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with professionals at all organizational levels of the firm.
Display a positive, high-energy attitude.
Highly skilled on systems, for example, LawCruit, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; custom and off-the-shelf databases.
Ability to function in a collaborative organization and be a team player on a fast-paced and energetic. recruiting team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
