Fish & Richardson (www.fr.com), a premier intellectual property law firm with over 400 attorneys and technology specialists, is seeking a recruiter with 2+ years’ experience in recruiting to join the Legal Talent Department in our Boston office.
In this position, you will be responsible for the regional coordination of lateral and entry-level hiring for six of Fish & Richardson’s US offices, including, but not limited to, reviewing resumes, working with search firms and the office's attorneys to fill hiring needs, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers and acceptances, communicating with candidates throughout the recruiting process, and attending recruiting events. You will also make a significant contribution to firmwide recruiting initiatives by working on special projects, as needed.
Occasional travel to other offices of the firm is required, and work occasionally requires more than normally scheduled work hours to perform the essential duties of the position.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and two years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment is required.
