InCloudCounsel is seeking a Recruiting & People Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company. Our company is changing the way corporate legal services are delivered, enabling virtual careers for legal professionals and providing clients with a cost-efficient, technology-driven solution for their routine legal needs. The Recruiting & People Coordinator will be a key player as the company enters its next stage of growth. You will support seamless organization-wide processes as they relate to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, facilities, and employee engagement.

The role will report directly to our Director of Talent and the package includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The company has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, and London; the preferred location for this role is Los Angeles.
Recruiting: Help facilitate all aspects of the recruiting process including creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating all aspects of the candidate experience.
Onboarding: Act as point of contact for all new hires to ensure they are seamlessly integrated onto the team by coordinating orientation schedules, planning welcome events, and ordering office/desk equipment and company swag.
Benefits: Assist with the company’s annual open enrollment preparation and execution, enroll new hires in company benefits, and manage our online benefits platform.
Teambuilding: Bring the fun by coordinating quarterly office outings and assist with planning the annual holiday party.
Data: Maintain accurate data and create valuable reports across all of our people tools including our recruiting ATS, background check vendor, benefits and payroll platform.
Skills & Requirements
Experience: 2+ years’ professional work experience, preferably in a people function (e.g. recruiting, HR, admin assistant)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Communication Style: clear, polished and professional written and oral communication
Interpersonal Skills: charismatic people-person who treats others with respect
Project Management: ability to prioritize, juggle, and know when to ask for help
Motivated: entrepreneurial mindset and ability to set personal and professional development goals
Technical savvy: very comfortable with Mac and Gmail and easily grasps new tools
