Greenspoon Marder LLP is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will assist, and work with our Chief Recruiting Officer. If you are a recruiting coordinator this a great opportunity for you! We are seeking a high-energy individual who will be responsible for OCI and Summer Program, while providing administrative support related to lateral attorney recruitment efforts for the Firm. We are looking to add a motivated, self-starter, whom is a team player ready to work and bring their recruiting knowledge to the table!
This is a full-time position working out of our Downtown Fort Lauderdale office. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, the position requires the ability to work during nonstandard hours when the need arises.
Your Recruiting Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Recruiting Officer ("CRO") with all aspects of firm-wide lateral partner recruiting, and attorney recruiting for the firm.
Administer recruitment database and other systems related to entry level and lateral recruiting for the firm.
Handle all aspects of the On-Campus Interview Program for Summer Associates.
Schedule on-campus interviews and transmission of materials to law schools.
Assist with attorney recruiting activities including scheduling, travel, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with scheduling of interviews for candidates and ensure all interview distribution material is given to both the interviewer and candidate.
Draft letters, emails, memos, and offer letters.
Assist with all onboarding activities for incoming attorneys.
Work and coordinate with search firms as directed by CRO.
Responsible for processing of all attorney related recruiting invoices.

2- 4 years of Recruiting experience within a law firm, and or 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role within a law firm.
Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with ATS- ICIMS is a plus.
