Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator in our Washington, D.C. office. This role will work closely with the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CDIO) and the Inclusion team to support and execute the Firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Will provide administrative assistance to the CDIO including, phone support, drafting letters, emails and reports, maintain calendar, and making travel reservation. Provides materials to CDIO and relevant teams for workshops, speaking engagements, committee and office meetings. Prepares for the Annual D&I Retreat and other firm-related events. Works with Legal Hiring Department to schedule CDIO candidate interviews. Provides and generates statistical information to complete client RFPs. Creates and organizes Annual Diversity Report. Tracks budget expenses and processes invoices. Interested in candidates with excellent communication skills, strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team. Commitment to discretion with confidential information required. Proficiency in writing BI reports. Bachelor’s degree and legal assistance experience or equivalent combination of experience required.
