InCloudCounsel is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our rapidly growing company. We are changing the way corporate legal services are delivered, enabling virtual careers for legal professionals and providing clients with a cost-efficient, technology-driven solution for their routine legal needs. The Business Development Associate will be an integral and valued player in the Sales team’s outbound activities and overall success and will also work cross-functionally to provide support to the Marketing team. The Business Development Associate will manage and execute direct mail and email marketing campaigns (including in connection with Sales team travel and event attendance), source and create lists of account and contact information, coordinate meetings and calls for the Sales team with prospective clients, manage gifting processes for prospects and clients, keep Salesforce up-to-date, liaise with and manage relevant vendors and contractors, and provide other miscellaneous support to the Sales team. The role will report directly to our VP of Sales and the package includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The company has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, and London; the preferred location for this role is New York. Responsibilities: - Coordinate business development team meetings, pitch activities, and marketing campaigns by managing several calendars, external resources, and efficiency tools.
- Manage key action items and ad hoc requests for business development needs.
- Coordinate sales operations including being responsible for data entry and maintaining and updating Salesforce.
- Help prepare for client meetings, sales pitches, presentations, sales decks, and other materials as needed.
- Support Sales Directors in meetings and management of follow-up activity ensuring smooth and consistent communication.
- Support lead generation by conducting research and helping sales team curate and execute outreach.
- Assist in registering, scheduling, and arranging travel and accommodation for client meetings, events, and conferences.
