Baylor University is seeking a Director of Employer Relations and Engagement in the School of Law. This position is to recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with, legal employers who will interview and employ Baylor law students.
The successful candidate for this position will:
Have a record of successfully building relationships with multiple constituent groups
Have a record of success working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Have excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Qualifications A Juris Doctor Degree, three years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Juris Doctor degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
