The Recruiting Specialist will work to attract and identify talent at the coordinator level across North America for our law firm clients. Specific responsibilities include:
Sourcing candidates to create relationships for the future
Search for potential coordinator candidates in major markets using LinkedIn/RPS
Contact the candidates in various formats
Perform initial screens of the candidates
Proactively maintain relationships with candidates
Develop marketing/advertising campaigns targeting Coordinator-level talent to raise visibility of Calibrate Legal in this practice area
Craft articles/blogs that serve as career guidance as a value add for talent pool, both current and prospective
Develop plans to target existing clients for Coordinator-level assignments
Recruiting for Coordinator Roles Contracted with Calibrate
Review candidates already sourced for fit and add to project where appropriate
Search for additional candidates in Crelate and LinkedIn and add to project as appropriate
Contact all candidates in the project
Screen candidates, looking for substantive and cultural fit to the specific role
Draft and present candidate presentation for client
Follow candidates through the interview process, including preparing candidates for their interviews and de-briefing afterward
Administer reference checks on behalf of clients
Own the “Candidate Care Process” for your placements
Provide support as necessary on other recruiting roles
Provide support as necessary on other consulting projects
Contribute to overall business development and marketing strategies for the company that align with our client relationships
Attend relevant industry and client events, representing and enhancing the Calibrate Legal brand
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a professional services environment, experience in the legal industry strongly preferred. Recruiting, marketing or business development experience is preferred, but not essential.
The Recruiting Specialist will be a key professional on the Calibrate Legal team and will be an extension of the Calibrate Legal brand to all of our clients, both law firms and candidates alike.

Calibrate Legal has team members in Austin, Charleston, New York and Toronto. It has a virtual working environment and the successful candidate will be comfortable managing their work flow, and being managed, in a virtual setting.
Business hours are 9:00am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday. Some work outside of these hours will be expected in order to further the responsiveness that Calibrate Legal is known for.
Calibrate Legal will provide a phone and laptop for business purposes.
All work travel and associated expenses will be paid for by Calibrate Legal.
