The Professional Development (PD) team has an immediate, exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional to join the team as a Professional Development Assistant. The role will be remote until February at the earliest and will be based in Palo Alto once we reopen offices.
?The PD Assistant will provide administrative support for our industry-leading training and other professional development events and initiatives, including scheduling classes via videoconference (and eventually booking rooms), managing class materials, entering attendance data into our learning management system, and handling other projects in support of the PD team.
Support for in-house training and onboarding programs, including scheduling, materials distribution, compliance requirements, equipment requests, and communication support
Coordinate AV and IT program needs, locally and globally
Manage program logistics including scheduling, securing videoconference links, training set-up and materials, and trouble-shooting
Use, update and navigate the Firm's learning management system to help track MCLE credits and training histories
Post class recordings to our on-demand learning platform
Proofread all work with an eye for detail and accuracy
Assist with other projects as needed
On-site class set-up and logistics once we return to offices
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with relevant work experience will be considered
Experience in a professional environment preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (preferred)
Familiarity with audio/visual tools and learning management systems (preferred)
