We are searching for a Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, with a passion for building inclusive programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing the Firm's Diversity & Inclusion programming, strategies, and efforts, while working closely with the Director of Diversity & Inclusion. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.

Essential Job Duties
•Support the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion work by implementing programs, collecting and analyzing data, and serving as a point of contact for related inquiries
•Facilitate and support the execution of internal events, forums and programs
•Compile and analyze data, surveys, and statistics
•Keep informed of best practices, community engagement opportunities and make recommendations
•Communicate Diversity & Inclusion efforts and programming across departments and practices areas; ensure recruiting and development teams are informed of changes or engagements that may contribute to engaging prospective and existing team members
•Assist our business development team with updating communications on the Firm's website, social media pages, descriptions and internal documents
•Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Council and Staff Subcommittee to calendar events and activities aimed at employee engagement
•Coordinate sponsorships and plan internal and external events related to D&I
•Represent the Firm at community events as needed
•Serve as an internal coach and champion of Diversity and Inclusion for the Firm and its employees
•Assists with other projects as assigned from the Director of Diversity & Inclusion
•High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Three to five years of experience focused on implementing diversity and inclusion programs preferred
•Understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges in a complex organization
•Demonstrated successes managing programs and projects
•Proactively maintains and distributes information across teams
•Ability to research and analyze various types of data
•Ability to prioritize initiatives and resources with efficiency
•Ability to be highly collaborative and influence others, while also being able to work autonomously
•Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse group of professionals and community partners
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity as appropriate to each situation and demonstrate a high degree of diplomacy
•Proficient or intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
•Ability to perform all essential job duties
