Chief Legal Talent Officer
Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 900+ legal professionals and staff in fourteen markets across our nine-state footprint, is seeking an experienced Chief Legal Talent Officer to join our firm. This position is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy to attract, develop and retain top-tier legal talent and a diverse attorney workforce. Candidates must have 7+ years of experience leading all aspects of the attorney talent management function in a law firm or corporate law department, or 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and active engagement in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing attorneys. Similar experience in a professional services organization will be considered.
