Attorney Recruitment, Professional Legal Management
Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., a national law firm with a primary focus on health care and life sciences; employment, labor and workforce management; and litigation and business disputes, is seeking to hire an Attorney Recruitment Assistant.
This position will report to the Director of Legal Talent Solutions and the Attorney Recruitment Manager. This position will reside in either the Washington, DC or the New York City office and will be responsible for assisting with lateral associate recruiting, lateral partner recruiting, the organization and planning of the summer associate program, on campus recruiting, and assisting with other aspects of attorney recruiting. The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will be required to fulfill the needs of the Firm in a manner that is consistent with its vision and values.
Maintain database for summer associate and lateral candidates.
Schedule, prepare for, and maintain interview schedules
Provide all statistical data, as requested.
Process expense reimbursements and invoices.
Assist with the creation and posting of all lateral attorney job ads.
Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Summer Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination of the summer program (including training programs, orientation, events, etc.).
Assist with assignment process, collecting evaluation forms and other tasks as needed.
Help assemble mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluation packets.
Attend summer associate events as appropriate.
Respond to general questions from summer associates and attorneys about summer programs.
Additional Fall Responsibilities
Assist with on-campus registration.
Assist in preparation of on-campus materials.
Assist with the coordination of law school recruiting events.
Greet recruits upon arrival and escort them to interviews.
Prepare and distribute interview schedules.
Collect interview evaluations and prepare summary.
Prepare candidate interview materials.
Assist with updating and maintaining various recruiting materials/forms.
High school diploma required. A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university a plus.
A minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Basic knowledge of the following software: viRecruit; MS-Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Document Management Systems, Adobe Reader.
