Goldberg Kohn's Commercial Finance and Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice groups are seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to provide proactive leadership and serve as a trusted and reliable source of legal, technical, market and practical expertise. The Knowledge Management Analyst will be responsible for driving the implementation of Goldberg Kohn's knowledge strategy, including legal knowledge management, legal process improvement, substantive and KM technology training, and implementation of KM related technologies. Substantive knowledge of commercial finance, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights transactions and terminology will be essential for this role.
Goldberg Kohn has one of the country's most highly respected Commercial Finance and Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practices. The firm represents a significant and diverse group of banks, commercial finance companies, providers of mezzanine loans and other institutional lenders in structuring, documenting and managing commercial finance transactions.
We prefer a law degree or MBA with 5+ years of experience in the areas of finance and creditors rights. Experience in content management and portal technologies, information architecture, law firm accounting systems, knowledge management, defining taxonomies, metadata tagging and search tools and interfaces is preferred.
