We are excited to add a Talent Development Manager to our team to help us build a robust talent program as we rapidly scale our growing firm. Reporting to the Director of People Experience, we seek a strategic partner responsible for attracting dynamic, high potential, and vibrant candidates for CAIS while championing our inclusive culture in all aspects of the hiring process and candidate experience.

What the Role Includes:
Ownership of the firm’s full recruitment lifecycle
Collaborating with leaders across the business to ensure talent acquisition aligns with larger initiatives and hiring teams are tooled to identify and recognize top talent
Forging partnerships to ensure a diverse pool and pipeline of high potential talent
Creating best in class processes and practices to evolve the candidate experience
Optimizing analytics and technology to make smart people decisions
Serving as brand ambassador in the marketplace and advocating CAIS’ recruitment strategy through multiple channels
Developing team members through strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
Championing a strong CAIS culture and ensuring company values are always represented

What You Need:
Minimum of six years recruiting experience with at least one year at a rapidly growing startup and/or in the fintech industry strongly preferred
Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment
A true appetite and proven experience for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process
A passion for excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and impeccable organization skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, eager to lead by example and collaborate
Linear, logical thinking with the ability to resolve complex issues and an inherent desire to learn
