Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our Denver office. The legal recruiting assistant will provide administrative support to our Director of Legal Recruiting and Legal Recruiting Manager in the recruiting and onboarding of all attorneys, law clerks, and summer associates firmwide.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining job postings
Scheduling candidate interviews, booking conference rooms, and managing travel arrangements
Collecting interview feedback
Maintaining applicant tracking system and ensuring candidate files are up to date
Assisting with summer associate program
Scheduling on campus interviews and callback interviews
Attending and coordinating attorney participation at law school events
Maintaining internal intranet page
Other legal recruiting team duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organization, attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with multiple database applications, professionalism, and initiative. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting are preferred.
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering a range of salary for this role from $48,000-$55,000.
