Downs Rachlin Martin is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role will work with both internal and external IT.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical assistance and second level support for 120 end users on enterprise applications.
Provides exceptional customer service and support to the Firm and the Firm’s clients.
Utilize trouble-shooting skills to resolve issues with software, hardware, printers, network connectivity, remote access, and other peripherals.
Research, test and implement hardware and software upgrades and patches.
Contribute to and maintain IT Knowledge Base.
Install and configure software applications as required. Liaison with hardware and software manufacturers to resolve issues.
Prepare new and replacement laptops for the end-users.
Interact directly, when needed, with the rest of the IT Team to determine the proper remediation for an issue.
Set up and quality assurance test new hardware and software for existing and new end users in the firm.

Qualified applicants will have:
Solid working knowledge of Dell laptops, Windows OS, Office 365/Microsoft Office suite, document management systems, mobile devices, and video conferencing.
The ability to demonstrate familiarity with LAN/WAN and computer networks.
A four-year college degree (preferred); equivalent experience will be considered.
A minimum of four years’ experience in a related IT position, preferably in a law firm setting.
Technical experience in providing workstation support in a Microsoft environment and implementing, maintaining, and supporting MS Office application suites.
Technical experience imaging, configuring, and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment required.
Strong time and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Initiative, be self-motivated and able to successfully perform tasks independently with a minimum of supervision.
The ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge and experience with law firm specific applications is a plus.
