Attorney Transition Specialist
The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations and indirectly to the Senior Director of Attorney Recruiting and Development. The Specialist will work directly with incoming and departing attorneys in all offices to ensure a smooth transition and that firm procedures and policies are followed. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills for supporting and prioritizing multiple projects/tasks, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently without direct management intervention, receptive and responsive to coaching and feedback, willing to provide feedback on process improvements. Paralegal experience or a background in paralegal studies is required. Lateral Transition
