Morrison & Foerster LLP, an Am Law 50 law firm with 16 offices worldwide, has an opening for an Attorney Recruiting Specialist within our Attorney Talent Department in our Boston office.
It's an exciting time to join MoFo's dynamic Attorney Recruiting team! The Attorney Recruiting Specialist provides comprehensive support to the Boston office in the execution of the Law School and Lateral Recruiting programs.
The Specialist supports and provides recommendations for improving effectiveness of orientation, onboarding and integration. The successful candidate ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position, using the Firm's Client Service Principles as a roadmap for success. The Specialist will also provide support on firmwide projects and initiatives to create efficiencies and best practices across all of our offices. MoFo prides itself on our people. Work independently and with other members of the Attorney Recruiting team to implement diversity plans for law school and lateral recruiting that support the Firm's objectives.
With the support of the Regional Attorney Recruiting Manager, plan and execute the Summer Associate Program.
Responsible for the Fall On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program for the office and designated schools.
Assist the Director of Lateral Attorney Recruiting and the Regional Attorney Recruiting Manager in the development of talent pipelines and strategic recruitment plans for high demand practice groups.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Strong technology skills in MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Human Resources systems (Workday) and ATS (Taleo, ViRecruit) preferred.
