SUMMARY:As a member of the Talent Management Department the HRIS Manager is responsible for the management of the Firm’s HR technology. The HRIS Manager will support business processes by recommending plans for continued process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs. Partners with HR leadership to drive the successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the Firm.
