Under the direction of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager of Operations and the Human Resources Manager, the Strategic Talent Data Analyst will lead data-focused projects designed to evolve our talent processes and technology. The Strategic Talent Data Analyst collaborates with Talent leadership to provide analytical answers to strategic questions about talent processes, including retention, advancement, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as, responding to analytic portions of surveys.
