Cozen O’Connor is seeking a part time legal recruiter to assist with its diversity and inclusion initiatives. The position will be responsible for the sourcing and direct outreach to lawyers at all levels with a focus on diverse candidates. The position is anticipated to be 10-15 hours per week with the option of being fully remote with a flexible schedule.
