Jones Day is seeking a dynamic Attorney Recruiting Manager for our Washington DC office to oversee the office’s law school and lateral recruitment, summer associate program, and SCOTUS clerk recruitment program. Successful candidates will demonstrate the initiative and drive to provide a first-rate experience for candidates at each step in the recruiting lifecycle. The Recruiting Manager serves as a positive role model for staff and provides on-the-job training, mentoring, and professional development. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a law/professional services firm or collegiate institution as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels
