DESCRIPTION:  The primary objective of the Professional Development Specialist role is to assist the Firm with a variety of associate talent development areas, including staffing, coaching, training, mentoring and CLE, among others. The role will interact with the Transactional (Global Financial Markets, Corporate and Real Estate) and Litigation practices in the New York and DC offices and provide support to the broader Professional Development team.
