Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for the execution of HR activities for lawyers and businesses services staff, in the Charlotte office, serving as a strategic partner to office, practice and administrative leadership. Consults with a variety of stakeholders to translate the Firm's business objectives into actionable, integrated HR solutions. This role will use data and a collaborate approach to seek out hidden opportunities and make proactive solutions to help advance our business. This individual will bring together HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, orientation, compensation, learning & development and diversity and inclusion, through a combination of centralized HR support teams and "roll up your sleeves" execution.
