As the Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager (“Manager”), you will play a critical strategic role in the lateral partner growth for the New York office and aligned practice groups. Guided by the firm’s goals, growth objectives and strategic plans, the Manager orchestrates the full process of lateral partner recruiting, hiring and onboarding.
