The Recruiting Manager of Operations will work closely with the Director of Recruiting and local Recruiting Managers to manage and implement strategic entry level recruiting programming and projects to advance the goals of the Firm. The Recruiting Manager of Operations must demonstrate sound judgment, ensure confidentiality, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with internal and external contacts on all levels.
